I know we went over this last year...but I misplaced the info after I printed
it off. If the persons that posted info for helping the DDD please contact me
personally and resend the info I sure would appreciate it greatly. I have a
son-in-law who is a truck driver and get's injections perodically for the pain
to stop in his lower back and is willing to do anything to go after this and
stop it,
