im surprised they still do spinal fusion surgery. LOL. doesnt really
work out very well after a couple years. both ends of the fused area
start to wear down. then they gotta clamp THOSE. then after two more
years... you get the idea.
i'd recommend acupuncture and hydration. that's whats helping me. but
if you want a quick fix for the symptoms, have them cut through all your
muscles and clamp your spine down.
