When you make colloidal/ionic silver you should use distilled water only.
I believe this RO water was added to an already made solution to dilute it more.

Argentyn 23 is sold in health food stores as "Sovereign Silver". It is
a very high quality colloidal/ionic silver. It is sold to medical
professionals as "Argentyn 23", but is the exact same product. It is very pure
with very small particles that are evenly distributed. Very little to no
clumping. One of the best commercial brands, but doesn't work any better
than the homemade variety using a Silverpuppy or Silvergen model.
