Then you can cook everything over a carcinogenic flame.
Or not cook it and risk parasites.
You'll have to live in a Faraday cage and under shielding from the sun to
avoid microwaves.
Microwave ovens are much better shielded than they used to be in 1976,
cooking itself causes chemical changes.
Worry kills more people faster than either.
Heating anything in plastic, no matter how, makes it leach more. Hot
plastic is more reactive and soluble than cold plastic.

"Why did the Soviet Union ban the use of microwave ovens in 1976? Who
invented microwave ovens, and why? The answers to these questions may shock
you into throwing your microwave oven in the trash."

This was the only answer that gave the background to the statement made in
the book I mentioned. Okay - so they were 'outlawed' in the 70s, but are
very much legal and are in-use today in Russia.
Stats are hard to find but exceed 100,000 units made and sold in Russia per
year by a ex defense hardware companies

For those of you still using microwaves because you're pressed for time
and you think short periods of time won't hurt your food, please read this
article and re-consider. See why exposure to the energy-field itself was
sufficient to cause such adverse side effects that the use of any such
microwave apparatus was forbidden in 1976 by Soviet state law.
