This is what is so confusing with everything! I read one thing, then along comes something else to disprove the first thing, and then something else comes along to disprove the second thing disproving the first thing! And so on. Or not cook it and risk parasites. You'll have to live in a Faraday cage and under shielding from the sun to avoid microwaves. Microwave ovens are much better shielded than they used to be in 1976, cooking itself causes chemical changes. Worry kills more people faster than either.
