Dan may give you several specific answers...........

Dan, just what does vit D have to do with muscle cramping?
But, meanwhile, back in the jungle, .................
I thought everyone knew by now, it is not even a vitamin.
( The new trend has started, it is being called "Hormone D" in many
articles. )
Being the complex hormone that it is, it effects thousands of things in
the body.
And I still say, that due to compromised body chemistry, organs and
glands that do not work, many cannot make the hormone mistakenly
called "Vitamin D".
Not to even mention, failure of intercellular communications and the
effects on Hormone D.
Also, I said virtually the same thing about proper calcium metabolism.
Of corse many things offer help to leg cramps, NOT JUST ONE !
Unfortunately, many are so compromised that all the doctors, all the kings
horses and
all the kings men, cannot put them together again.
