It is too bad that someone that has used DMSO wasn't around to let you know
that it should be tried on a very small spot the first time to see if there was
a reaction. I have one friend who can not use it at all. Another friend can
not use the gel but has wonderful results using the rose scented. My son and I
can use any of it with wonderful results. I can even apply the 99,9 % pure
liquid topically and have no adverse reaction. If I take a tsp. of the liquid
in
juice I can taste "the taste". I am very sorry that your husband had such a
bad reaction. I do feel that for many people, not all {as with any holistic
medicine} it has saved a great deal of intense pain.. Lois
