I'm not Max
But will give you an answer as to my situation:
I took an average of one pint per day (sometimes more - sometimes less) for
eight years all clear made with a colloid master 777 with a setting for 20
ppm as of the manufacturers telephoned instructions. As you know they have
polarity switching and no stirrer.
I have been taking a multiple ( one a day) at three a day and adding
selenium and vitamin E as well as 3 grams of C, Lysine and D3 which had no
effect on the greying.
The trouble with my feet was numbness that had progressed to the point
that I couldn't feel my toes and couldn't move them. The Niacin brought them
back into service and I can now even spread them like you can your fingers
and as a side affect all spider veins and varicose veins have disappeared.
