Melatonin works for some people. Kava Kava, Valerian Root, Skullcap, and St John's Wort(It's used for other things besides depression, LOL) That's not all of them, there are others, Kava or Valeria Root usually work well for me personally, passion flower, and chamomile work for others. 200 - 400 mg of Magnesium helps some people. GABA (gamma-Aminobutyric acid) helps some folks, or 5HTP or Sam E.
