Hi folks, this is OT but I need your knowledge out there. I have just done a pretty stupid thing i.e washed down 2 Vit C caps with a solution containing three drops of nascent iodine. I have since realised that I read something about these two substances reacting, and thought I'd ask if anyone knows if it could be detrimental (!) - bit late now I know - but - if anyone has any thoughts could they let me know please?
