Speaking of iodine...I am reading different opinon's on how long Lugols is good...how does one know when it goes bad? thanks Deb

I have since realised that I read something about these two substances reacting, and thought I'd ask if anyone knows if it could be detrimental (!) - bit late now I know - but - if anyone has any thoughts could they let me know please?
