Hi Dee, I've done that before and no reaction one way or the other . It used to be a bedtime ritual. take me 2g vitc and make and take the lemon, honey and lugols iodine (6 to 8 drops) . I didn't know it could be a problem? ?
Where did you get iodine in UK. I couldn't find it? Nor VitC except the chalk that the Barret and Holland ? shops had.
