Tony The iodine and C cancel each other out as I found out by a dramatic increase in my vitality when I separated them a few hours apart. Something to learn is what not to take together. I just chanced onto that one but I'll swear to it as I thought I was about to cash it in and that little change brought me back to full vitality. Dave
