Now don't forget Dee, that you are not using the complete protocol
that Brooks posted for making liposol C, but the way you are doing it
will give some of the effect.

Just to be clear, you are not using a ultrasonic cleaner to agitate
the lecithin/C mix.
 Brooks did this.
You are agitating with a blender only.
You will still get results.

To reassure you:
lecithin is a great brain food by itself.
It also lowers cholesterol.
Great daily supplement.

We are using it because it is a terrific emulsifier.
It is combining with your C to make it a highly assimilable mix.

I use two simple proofs that satisfy me:

First, knowing the large amount of C that I'm using, if I didn't use
the lecithin the drink would be way way way too tart.

Second, that huge amount of C would certainly bring me to bowel
tolerace levels. The lecithin makes the mix absorb into my body
without becoming overactive in the gut.

So: do what you're doing. Experiment with your own tolerances.
Slowly try adding more C, until the tartness or bowel, tells you your
limits.

You have an acceptable plan now.

I have the ultrasonic device that Brooks posted about.
I pushed my envelope to where I'm using 50 grams of C with 2
tablespoons of lecithin granules.
I'm fine with that... That's just me.
