Thanks for this Chuck. Can I ask another question? The mix I made is three tablespoons of lecithin to one sort of level teaspoon of sodium ascorbate. This in a cup and a half of DW. The question is: is this a high level of Vit C altogether? I mean--how much of this do I drink in one go and approximately how many grams would it be? I am no good at maths I'm afraid. I know this is the protocol as Brooks said--without using the US cleaner that is--but I was wondering how much this would actually be in grams etc., I am still a bit worried about the article(s) I have read citing the low dose vitC/cancer connection and I know Brooks' research was done using high doses, so am wondering what category this would fall into.
I don't have a problem with bowel tolerances for *anything* really--can eat literally anything with impunity - including laxatives - so this wouldn't be a problem. By the way, my mix is still in suspension - no separation and no foam so it seems to be working doing it this way. Tastes nice too. dee On 10 Mar 2010, at 21:12, [email protected] wrote: > Now don't forget Dee, that you are not using the complete protocol > that Brooks posted for making liposol C, but the way you are doing it > will give some of the effect. > > Just to be clear, you are not using a ultrasonic cleaner to agitate > the lecithin/C mix. > Brooks did this. > You are agitating with a blender only. > You will still get results. > > To reassure you: > lecithin is a great brain food by itself. > It also lowers cholesterol. > Great daily supplement. > > We are using it because it is a terrific emulsifier. > It is combining with your C to make it a highly assimilable mix. > -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
