I have taken iodine and magnesium and it only made it worse...or should I say the iodine made my heart nearly beat out of my chest and no effect with the mag. The folks on the iodine list told me I needed to up my iodine intake and you'll excuse me if I was somewhat intimidated to try it.
I am not saying mag and iodine does not help some people but they do not help me and believe me I tried it. I take magnesium every day but not the iodine. I drink the ACV 3 times a day and apparently it's enough to have made a difference. My Doc also told me to take Iodine and Magnesium.. On Sat, Mar 20, 2010 at 9:18 AM, Alan Jones <[email protected]> wrote: I'm really glad this worked for you. However, looking at the label on my Bragg's ACV, there's only 11mg potassium in a tablespoon. Not a lot. So, not having any extra potassium laying around I decided to drink organic apple cider vinegar 3 times a day since it is so high in potassium and has a good amount of calcium and I'm happy to report the palps have abated for the last several days [keeping fingers crossed]. I have ordered some zinc and copper which also helps with heart palps and so have high hopes in combination with the ACV my heart problems will be a thing of the past.
