That is what we believed, but we paid UT to test what actually happened and 
what I
indicated is what the tests show.  Theory is nice but when the facts contradict 
the
theory, then the experimental results must be accepted and theory disguarded.

Apparently CS kills bacteria by more methods than the enzyme theory alone.  I
