The quoted prices ARE for USPS.
I use it too.
A Medium Flat Rate Priority International box to the UK is about $30, but
8oz of stuff doesn't need such a big box nor is Priority the only way to
send something via USPS.
The "trouble is" that site is too lazy to offer you the best
deal..or..they are "skimming" on freight.
