I know what you mean about the taste
of plastic. The best water I ever had
was triple distilled, oxygenated, deionized
and shipped in a 5 gal glass carboy.  It
was mind bending water and I believe
that it would have been less cosmic
in plastic. On the other hand, if
you repeatedly store CS in plastic,
the CS seems to adhere to the
walls, which may bind with the plastic
over time? So the initial influence
of plastic may diminish?
