That's a big plus right there!
Tap water will show tyndall because it has stuff dissolved in it.
So, if you start out with distilled water, the lack of tyndall confirms that
it's distilled (to an extent).
When you've done your run, the distinct tyndall shows that you've actually
dissolved SOMETHING into your distilled water!
That's about all it's good for!
