Hi There Sol - my experience with EIS is that when it stings it means there is 
something going on which needs to be addressed by the EIS - to me it is a sign 
that use of this product is necessary and or needed.
I suggest strongly that anyone using DMSO in their eyes they be very careful, 
DMSO is a drying agent and thereby can cause the eyes to become dry, this 
happened to me so I am sharing from my own experience.
