I WOULD SAY THAT COLLOIDAL SILVER WORKS VERY WELL ON ITS OWN..ON SO MANY DIFFERENT AILMENTS, WHY MSS IT UP WITH SALT? YOU CAN ADD SALT TO YOUR .....WHATEVER IF YOU NEED SALT., HOWEVER MOST SALT ANYMORE IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU ANYWAY, ONLY THE SEA SALT IS ANTIBACTERIAL ANYORE. Tel Tofflemire

Thanks. > > Melly Hi Melly, What I do for nasal flushing is make up 1/4 teaspoon salt in a cup of water but I often use freshly made CS instead of water. I usually add a dash of boiling water to warm it a bit. The salt takes the sting out.
