James...  Here in Va. there is a state dental school.  My boss and his wife
(who could afford anything, ya know??  they are just cheap!) used to have
all their dental work and their kids' done by this dental school.  There is
always a supervisor standing by who moniters and directs the work.   You
might look in the state info pages or call state info and see if there is
something similar in your state.  Their prices are terrific.  I am sure
they could take care of the extractions... don't know about the false
teeth.  Hopefully, you live close to a major city.  :)   Lola H.
