Mary Ann.. Please, no need to apologize....ever, my friend.   My boss and
his wife never had a problem but you are very correct in pointing out  that
not everyone has the same experience and... they do say "look before you
leap,"  right?  So.. on behalf of James, I thank you.   James.. listen up

I would have felt terrible if James and his wife had run into problems.
