Well Sandee, for me it's all about efficiency and practicality.  I'm not
interested in spending a greater amount of time then is actually necessary
so that I can go about enjoying the other parts of my life.  If others are
able to achieve a shorter production time with other process methods than I
am interested in that.  I suspect others might be as well.  I am a
technical person so maybe these type of methods interest me more than
others as I like to try the what if scenarios as well.  There are many
methods being used out there from the home user to the commercial producer
and at the end of the day whatever works for you is the method that is best
for you.  For me I'll just keep asking questions to get what I think is the
best solution for me, and then maybe tweak that a bit :)  It's all about
learning.
