I am not. But a much simpler way to reduce the damage of a
stroke is to take a big slug of dextromethorphane (DM) cough
medicine, as soon as possible.
When a stroke starves a bit of brain tissue of oxygen, that
bit releases a toxin which damages almost 10 times as much
surrounding tissue as the oxygen starvation causes. DM
cough syrup seems to prevent the production or effect of
that toxin, reducing the total brain cell death and
shortening recovery time, considerably. This was a
serendipitous discovery.
So, if you think you have had a stroke this is something
positive you can do while waiting for the ambulance.
