I have used a Sota Silver Pulser for years and never had a problem, I use a 
vision ware pot and make a ltr at a time, bring distilled water to a boil and 
turn unit on for 40 minutes makes 5 PPM.  If I use Kinetic Energy Water, I make 
it cold and it comes out at 9 PPM.  I have never made Amber or yellow CS. I 
have said it many time on this list the water makes the difference.  You may 
have
to buy your own distiller and this way you will have consistency in your water.
