Andre, First off stop boiling the water. I work at 68 deg. F. Stop the process at about 4 ma not 20 ma!!!!! Are you stirring continually, if not that is why you are getting color. Go back into the archives and pull up some of my posts. you will get an education making CS.
With you configuration the initial current for a top grade DW should be about .2 to .4 ma.. Make a lid for you cell from 1/4" lexan plastic and glue a Radio Shack 1 1/2 volt motor in the center. add about a 2" length of plastic insulation for a #14 copper wire on the end of the motor shaft Place 3 ten ohm resistors in parallel and add then in series with one of the motor leads. They will slow down the motor to a reasonable stir speed, and you will make clear CS with weak to medium T.E. If you need more help contact me off list.
