Bob is correct Tracy, But Mary Enig has stated that in all her tests of coconut oil based margarine where the CNO has been hydrogenated, she never found any trans fatty acids, which is the evil stuff. So cooking with Kremelta is superior to cooking with seed oils, but cooking with olive oil or butter (below smoking temp) is probably as good, and natural coconut oil is best.
