I've read this article before, and  called a company that uses  canola oil
as an ingredient in their supposedly "organic" products to express my
concern, and they insisted that canola oil comes from a canola bean, not
rapeseed.  The man on the phone was emphatic about this, and proceeded to
throw a class "A" rant about merciless vegans that are making life too
difficult for everybody, the bottom line- I did not believe him.  The stuff
gets rancid very easily, and creates gas and constipation.... icky...
