Both are Dennis Lee Buck passing/ buck making inventions [fabrication].
I see he has maybe junked his air conditioner [heat pump] "overunity" system and is selling the perm magnet idea on the same frame work as before...and make a mllion or so selling dealerships and whine about supression when he doesn't deliver the goods..like he did before. [The "sign up" is a fairly harmless "hook" designed to canvass a large population to find a few who want to get rich more than they can think discriminatly...but not a new hook. It's the same hook he used a few years back.]
Be sure to go to one of his presentations. He is highly entertaining! like a TV evangalist screaming about God and country and poor poor me the victim patriot.
But be careful. Watch you're emotions or they'll cost you a bundle. Dennis is about as crooked [pathological?] as one can get and still walk like a human...an expert string puller..a fabulous manipulator...a true and great artist.
..a truely great salesman who likely did [successfully] sell encyclopedias to illiterate homeless people.

All those methods are not what is needed. What is needed is for the governement
to quit suppressing the real energy devices, the ones that don't require any
fuel. That is what is needed. Ie:
