Argument from authority is what it's called, I think. Frank, you are much better behaved than our recently departed Stuart, but you need to acknowledge the fact that even your experimental work has limitations. It may suggest some things, but obviously does *not* describe all and sundry with no further room for question.
Not every person here will be convinced, and it won't be just because they are somehow competitors of yours. I know you don't presently have a commercial interest to defend, but you have a considerable investment in your point of view. Don't let that overcome your objectivity, nor lead you into the fallacy of ad hominem. Your work and contributions here *are* appreciated, sir.
