Hi Beverle, I bought a bottle of 60 Quercetin complex pills.  Note they 
contain 200 mg Betaine HCL.  I am taking a drug to stop all HCL.  If I take 
the complex pill in the AM I doubt that much HCL would hurt.  Also as I just 
had my Esophagus dilated I can swallow the pill and bypass my Ulcer.  The HCL 
may stop my mornings Cs.  I take Cs 3 times per day.
