I had the same problem the first few years I used CS.  It worked for
some things, but didn't work for others.  What I figured out (for
myself) was that not enough silver was getting to many places in my
body -- and it was basically that I hadn't been using CS long enough.

That is, since the amount of silver I was putting into my body was
very small, it took many years before I began to see the general
benefits.  I now drink about 8 ounces of CS daily, and I just started
mixing CS with an electrolyte solution (Gatorade) because Brooks B.
mentioned that the body appears to absorb the CS much better that way.

So I'll check back with myself in a few months after mixing 4 ounces
of CS with Gatorade daily (and drinking 4 ounces of CS at other times
of the day) to see if there's a noticeable difference.
