It worked for some things, but didn't work for others. What I figured out (for myself) was that not enough silver was getting to many places in my body -- and it was basically that I hadn't been using CS long enough. That is, since the amount of silver I was putting into my body was very small, it took many years before I began to see the general benefits. I now drink about 8 ounces of CS daily, and I just started mixing CS with an electrolyte solution (Gatorade) because Brooks B. mentioned that the body appears to absorb the CS much better that way.
