My experience is that CS does great on sore throats but it's hard to tell exactly what effect it has on the deep bugs. Ken: To say nothing about the ability to "keep on trucken" when a cold has taken hold. I had an important job to do late Sunday night, a couple of weeks ago (got to bed about 3 am). The CS I was taking kept the cold from knocking me out completely. I would say I was operating at 90+%, although it took some time for the cold to disappear completely with lots of "ups & downs" in between.
