Dear Roger,
Marshall is quite correct in his comments. I am shocked
that a trained M.D. would present such
an analysis. Additionally, even if the criticism were accurate....simply
diluting any balanced electrolyte solution such as Ringer's Lactate or
Gatorade with the desired CS concentration would mitigate againt untoward
pulmonary consequences.
