Hey, Robb -- you're doing the right things, so far as I'm concerned --
especially the water.
1. On nightshades -- remember to drop all potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant,
green peppers and paprika. When you quit the chewing tobacoo you'll see more
results. Yes, you can do it!
2. Others will reassure you on the amounts of CS to use, I'm sure.
3. On those spots -- my ugly "age spots" have almost disappeared with the
use of CS.
4. May I add another suggestion? Learn to meditate, if you haven't already.

I also have a suspicion that I could possibly
have candida....?.......but I'm not sure what to look for.......I have some
spots on my hands that seem like really rough skin......and it stays that
