I've been reading the messages regarding MSM use, and was intrigued, because I've not run across it before, and I've tried numerous alt. therapies over the years.
Now I find that it is organic sulfur. I am intensely allergic to sulfa drugs. Would consuming MSM potentially trigger an allergic reaction, or is there enough or a difference between the organic substance and the chemical derivatives? Also, cana you explain more about just what MSM is supposed to do? And at what dosages? Pardon my ignorance, but this list is all about learning.
