How much water do you drink a day?  A big thing in arthritis is that the
body is dehydrated, and short of the essential oils.  Do you take fish oils,
or Omega 3 fatty acids.  Give it a go, or better still, get some books out
of the library and find as much info about natural cures.  They are out
there.  Start drinking heaps of water as well.
