That site looks more to me like New Age religion than science. Distilled water highly acidic? I'd always read that DW is usually pH neutral. And, why would water's behavior when frozen be an indication of superior health qualities when ingested as a liquid by warm-blooded organisms that will not freeze as long as they're alive? If I recall correctly, the formation of beautiful ice crystals is simply an indication that there are nuclei around which they can form; how is that an indication that it is more healthy to drink? If flashy freezing behaviors are an indication of healthy drinking water, then I offer this evidence that distilled water is healthy: The temperature of DW can be lowered below 0 deg C while remaining in a liquid state. If the vessel holding the DW is then jiggled, the DW will instantly freeze solid and the temperature shoot up to 0 deg C. We did this experiment in a freshman prep school science class, and it was way kewl to watch. Supercooled = Super Healthy! Hey, why not? :) -- John A.
