This appears to be the best site I have found. It has stories,
pictures, and treatments.
A number of references to research papers dated in the 80's and 90's are
available from
Oklahoma State Medical Association.
These are listed at the bottom of the menu item,
"TREATMENT INFORMATION FOR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS"
It is stated that these are only available to doctors, and they may charge
a fee.
Somehow, I plan to get copies of all these papers.
