Prep H [or whatever..such as vitamin E oil] and a butt plug for an hour while resting. [The pressure of the plug holds things in place so blood pressure and gravity don't hold it out of place] Ideally, the 'stem' not be very long and should be much narrower than the 'knob' H [or whatever] Can be mixed with clove oil to numb pain if needed. An aluminum or stainless steel butt plug can be deep cooled better than a latex one to further give the 'roid an incentive to shrink.
A little squirt of CS seems to do wonders too...especially if it has ruptured any. How's that for an embarrasing solution?
