I noticed also a tremendous improvement in my gums from brushing with Ivory. It's been many months now, and like Paul H., I find that the need for flossing is greatly reduced, and there is no unpleasant odor as was routine when using regular toothpaste. The results are really astounding.

I use plain old Ivory soap.

Hi Dennis,

I use olive oil soap, Olivia brand, from my local health food store in the UK - I'm sure any fragrance-free natural soap would be OK. It took a little while to get used to it, but the taste doesn't bother me at all any more. I also use an ionic toothbrush http://www.ionicbrush.com/ which seems to
work very well.

I used to get bleeding gums, and found flossing difficult, as the floss
would get shredded, and I would get a nasty taste from rotting food stuck between my teeth, but not any more! I take about 5 grams of vitamin C every
day, which also helps, as does rinsing with CS.

Hi Paul,
I'm curious as to what kind of soap you use to brush your teeth with?
I've tried Dove but I can taste soap in my mouth for hours after
brushing. Just wondering if there is a certain brand that is better than
any other? Here is some info I found on tooth soap - Dennis

Hi John,

I don't even use toothpaste any more, finding soap works better.
I have maintained this for the past two years.
