My sister asks me how I can tell her not to eat Twinkies and other junk when I eat Hershey Almond Nuggets with Reisen chocolate caramels? My reply is always, It's OK because it has almonds! Speaking of candy, I make a killer Pecan Fudge candy using raw pecans but I grew sick of eating it and no longer like it. It is now just a candy I make for my little candy company. One candy I love with a passion is Pecan Honey crunch so I don't make much of this unless there is an order. Raw pecans and raw almonds are my favorite two nuts for snacks. I really don't think it is the sugar in the candy that I desire because if this particular candy isn't available, there is no craving for other candy. Maybe it is the magnesium?
