I use between 40 and 80 parts per billion, depending on how carefully I manage to pour the H2O2 in a teaspoon:) The reason such a small amount works is the H2O2 acts as a catalyst. It is not consumed in the process of converting silver oxides back to silver ions and oxygen. The story is entirely different when you put H2O2 on silver metal. This reaction converts the H2O2 to plain water, so it is quickly used up and must be replenished. I posted the equations earlier if that would help explain it better.
