I disagree with this part of your calculation:

There are 1000 milliliters to a litre, so 1mL/L is 1 part per thousand.
I think you are thinking of CS, where 1mg per litre is ~1ppm.

I make that 0.0369 parts per thousand, or ~40 ppm.
