Hi Himagain, Thanks for your informative contributions to this wonderful Site. Brooks Bradley reported that in their Lab, they discovered that 1 part CS + 2 parts Gatorade (with the Gatorade acting as an electrolyte) took the CS deeper into the tissues than CS could penetrate alone and when my wife tried it, almost a year ago, she has had NO UTI recurrences--Praise God! We have found this to be effective for us. Gatorade is NOT considered a Soft Drink, but an Electrolyte Solution to replace fluids lost through perspiration; especially in Sports.
