It was like a bad 24 hour flu.  I always get diarhea with a liver 
cleanse, but no pain or discomfort.  The one time I did it without the 
parasite cleanse first, I was nauseaus, vomiting, and having moderate 
belly pain through the day.  It was worst the first 6 hours or so after 
drinking the oil.  After that slowly improved.  Better by end of day.  I 
have fairly intense pain on a regular basis, have a strange "genetic" 
condition missing an enzyme, causes painful and severe swelling quite 
often.  Worse than childbirth.
So if I place my swelling pain as a 10, this would have been about a 5.  
Not something I would want to unnecessarily put myself through, however 
was definately surviveable.  I'm interested in your olive leaf 
treatment.  Let us know how/if it working for you. 

I'm not a "techie" when it comes to zappers or anything else.  My first 
zapper I made myself according to her directions.  Later bought a fairly 
inexpensive one from one of the companies following her directions.
They do have all kinds of "smart" zappers now, and many other companies 
with competing methods.
But you pay through the nose, and frankly, what I've got works just fine 
for me.  So I haven't been tempted to try anything "fancier".  Joy
