My daughter has peirced ears, when they get inflammed she is afraid to use
CS to help the inflamation ... this is because we have learned not to use a
metal spoon etc. to ingest CS. She thinks the CS will react some way with
the sterling silver earings. Can anybody tell me if this is correct?
Otherwise, I would like her to use it. It seems an ongoing problem.

Elle- My daughter uses celtic sea salt in hot water to soak her ears and
has ceased to have problems. Probably about a teaspoon of salt to a cup,
but I'm not sure. Celtic salt has all the sea salts, not just sodium
chloride. I started using it on a nail fungus problem and have seen great
improvement as well.

I'm sure the CS would also help but what I experienced myself on my nails
with it was that it also seemed to kill off the good skin bacteria that
kept the nail fungus in check, so I don't know if this would also be true
on ears.
