Thanks so much Richard,

I am learning,  learning.

I think (after a posting I saw the other day on the list) that YOU are the teachers and US (newbies) are the pupils.  So sorry if we get a little desperate for knowledge once and a while.  We are only 'wanting to know' what you have already learned.  All people must have NOT known this once.  One day WE will be able to teach.

I appreciate all that you lovely people are teaching me,  especially about the pierced ears (see I have learned how to spell now.)

The archives are definately a bit bewildering to us newbies,  like if I type if pierced ears (spelled incorrectly) I get nothing,  if I need to know about ppm ... what the hell do I type? .. if I type ppm - I get a thousand posts and dont know where to begin.

So please,  appreciate that a little question is so much easier for us.

A bit of a challenge for some to answer the same question twice ... just remember,  you are giving somebody the knowledge that you have gained and we all appreciate that.

And thanks about the pierced ears,  I am going to educate my daughter now with all the help I have received and hopefully ... no more red ears!

Cheers

elle.
